Junior Programmer - These programmers are required to have a Technical Degree In Computer Science and also have a specialized certification with 1-2 years experience in a particular programming language.

Senior Programmer/Team leader - These programmers are required to have a Technical Degree In Computer Science and also have a specialized certification with 2-5 years experience in a particular programming language on critical projects. They can work independently as well can handle a team of junior programmers and designers if you should need a larger group of programmers.

Project Manager - Our Project Managers are required to have a Technical Degree as well as a Management Degree and have 5-10 years experience in programming. We also require 3-4 years experience being a Team leader. They can handle Multiple projects at the same time with ease.
